During the initial setup, Fitatu® automatically calculates your calorie goal based on your basic details: age, height, weight, goal (e.g. weight loss, maintenance, or muscle gain), and physical activity level. You can also set your target weight and the pace to achieve it - e.g. 0.5 kg per week. However, if you prefer, you can adjust your calorie goal manually to better fit your needs. Simply go to “Settings” > “Goals” > “Daily Goals” and edit the values there.
Fitatu® Premium and Fitatu® Premium+AI users can also set individual goals for each day of the week.
