Especially at the beginning of your healthy lifestyle journey, defining your activity level can be tricky. To make it easier, we’ve divided it into training activity and daily activity (spontaneous, non-sport-related movement - your general daily activity without workouts). Activity levels are expressed with descriptive labels such as very low, low, medium, and high. In the app, you’ll find descriptions for each level next to the indicator.
During the initial setup, after expanding “Advanced settings”, Fitatu® will ask you to define both your daily activity level and your training activity. This is optional. You can also update it anytime by going to “Settings” > “Goals” > “Activity during the day ” or “Workout Activity” and editing the values.
