How do I add my own product or meal?

To add a product, tap “+” and select “New product,” available at the bottom left of the screen. Fill in the details and save it - the product will appear in your “Own” list (second item in the product and meal database menu). You’ll then be able to add it to your diary multiple times without re-entering the details.

To add a meal, tap “+” and select “New dish”, available at the bottom center of the screen. Fill in the details and optionally add a photo, then save it.
