How do I count calories with the Fitatu® app?
Just add a product or meal to your diary, and Fitatu® will automatically calculate the calories and macros. You can use the extensive local database of products and meals, the barcode scanner, or add a product manually. In the Fitatu® Premium or Fitatu® Premium+AI version of the app, you can also use the Fitatu® AI feature to estimate meal calories with photos or by entering the name, without weighing or typing individual ingredients.
