The Workout feature in Fitatu® lets you record your physical activity and include the calories burned in your daily calorie limit (if you’ve enabled the “Include calories from additional workouts” option). This helps you better adjust your food intake to your activity level - whether you’re walking, hitting the gym, or doing intense training.
When logging a workout, you can choose an exercise from the Exercise catalog or add your Own activity. Workouts from connected apps will also appear automatically in the Training section.
You can delete individual entries by tapping the X in the top right corner.
You can copy workouts by tapping the three vertical dots next to “Workout” in your diary and selecting “Copy from another day” or “Copy to another day.”
