In the Reminders tab, you can set automatic push notifications for different Fitatu® features. The goal of Reminders is to help you use the app regularly and support building healthy eating habits.
There are four categories:
Meals - choose which meals you want reminders for and how many minutes before the planned meal you’d like the push notification. This helps you keep a regular rhythm and avoid skipping meals.
Water - reminders to drink water regularly during specific hours (e.g. from 8:00 to 22:00). You choose the interval, such as every 15 min, 30 min, hourly, or any range you like.
Intermittent Fasting - for IF users, reminders are available for preparation, start, progress, and end of fasting. You choose which ones to receive.
Habits - if you use the Habits feature, you can enable reminders for all or selected active habits.
The Reminders feature helps you stay consistent, organize your day, and stick to your nutrition plan. All settings can be edited or turned off anytime via “More” > “Settings” > “Reminders.”
For reminders to work properly, make sure battery optimization is disabled and notifications are enabled for the Fitatu® app on your phone.
