What will I find in “Recipes”?

Recipes in Fitatu® is an organized database of recipes with calculated calories and macros. You’ll find plenty of inspiration for every meal.

Recipes are divided into two main categories:

  • Fitatu® recipes: created by our team of dietitians, designed to meet healthy eating principles. Most include step-by-step photos to make preparation easier.

  • Community recipes: dishes added by Fitatu® users and verified by our dietitians.

Each recipe includes: a photo, ingredient list, number of servings (editable), calorie values, macro breakdown per serving, and preparation time.

To help you browse, advanced filters let you quickly find recipes that match specific criteria:

  • author (Fitatu® or community),

  • meal type (breakfast, lunch, etc.),

  • diet (diabetic, gluten-free, high-fiber, keto, lactose-free, reduced sugar, low-cholesterol, low-fat, low FODMAP/IBS, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free),

  • world cuisines (British, French, German, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Polish, Spanish, Thai),

  • preparation time (up to 10 min, up to 30 min, no limits),

  • popular tags (appetizers, beverages & drinks, breads, cakes, biscuits & desserts, casseroles, pancakes & crepes, detox, dumplings, fall season, fish, flour dishes, omelettes, pasta, poultry, red meats, rice & cereals, salads, sandwiches, seafood, soups, spring season, stews, summer season, winter season, without wheat).

With Fitatu® Premium or Fitatu® Premium+AI, you also get extra filters:

  • match with Menu selection (balance, gluten-free, keto, less sugar, vege, high-protein),

  • included ingredients (enter ingredients you have, and the app finds recipes containing them),

  • nutrition values (set ranges for calories, protein, fat, carbs).

You can use existing recipes or add your own, which will be saved to your account. From any recipe, you can add the dish to your diary to automatically count its calories and macros in your daily balance. You can also add just the ingredient list and edit the values.

Recipes can be added to Favorites, shared with family or friends, rated, or commented on.
