What is the “Summary” feature in Fitatu® for?

The Summary feature lets you track your total calorie intake, average intake, and balance, as well as progress toward goals for:

  • macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates),

  • vitamins (A, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, PP, K, biotin, folic acid),

  • minerals (zinc, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, copper, potassium, selenium, sodium, calcium, iron),

  • carbohydrate and protein-fat exchanges.

Note that some producers don’t provide full data, so the “Total” field may be underestimated, as it depends on available information (e.g. provided by the manufacturer).

Clear charts make it easy to view and interpret the data. Free users can see results over 1-7 days, while Fitatu® Premium and Fitatu® Premium+AI users can choose any period.

This feature also tracks your workouts.

The Good Days calendar is part of the Summary that monitors your progress and keeps you motivated. Good days are those when you log your meals and don’t exceed your calorie limit by more than 10%. These days are marked in the calendar, along with your current streak.
