With Fitatu® Premium or Premium+AI, you can set individual goals for each day. For example, you can set a higher calorie limit on training days than on rest days.
To do this, go to “More” in the bottom menu > “Settings” > “Goals” > “Individual goals for each day” > “Add new goal.”
Note! If the Include training activity in goal option is enabled while you have set your own daily calorie and nutrient limits, workout calories will be added to your limit. If you don’t want this, make sure to turn off the option.
