What if I bought a subscription on a guest account, but after logging in I can’t see it?

If your subscription isn’t showing, you need to restore it. The process depends on your system:


Android: log in to Fitatu® on the phone connected to the Google Play account where you purchased the subscription. Then go to More > Settings > Subscriptions > Restore subscriptions. If Premium still doesn’t appear, close and reopen the app.


iOS: log in to your new Fitatu® account on a device linked to the App Store account where you purchased the subscription. If that doesn’t work, reinstall the app.
