How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions must be canceled in the same place they were purchased - Google Play, App Store, or www.fitatu.com. You can cancel anytime, and no further payments will be taken. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.

On Android:

Open Google Play, tap your profile icon (top right), then go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Find Fitatu® on the list and cancel. Refresh Google Play and confirm Fitatu® is no longer listed. You can also use this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en

On iOS:

Go to your phone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Find Fitatu® and cancel. Or use this link: https://support.apple.com/en-en/118428

On www.fitatu.com:

If purchased via our website, go to https://www.fitatu.com/app/subscriptions, log in, and cancel there.
