My subscription didn’t renew - what should I do?

If your Fitatu® Premium or Premium+AI subscription didn’t renew automatically, possible reasons include:

  • insufficient funds,
  • expired card,
  • a temporary issue with Google Play or App Store.

What to do:

  1. Check your subscription status in Google Play or App Store.

  2. If payment was declined, try purchasing again manually.

  3. Make sure your payment details are up to date.
