I purchased a plan but didn’t get access. What should I do?

You’ll get access to Fitatu® Premium or Fitatu® Premium+AI once your payment is processed. This usually takes just a few minutes, but if you purchased on an Android device via Google Play, it may take up to 24 hours - this is entirely outside our control.


If your plan doesn’t appear after this time, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected].


If you purchased on iOS and the service still isn’t visible after 24 hours, check that the purchase was made through an official source - the Fitatu® app or www.fitatu.com.


If so, and your plan still isn’t active, contact our Customer Support at [email protected].
