How does the “Data Export” feature work?

Data Export is a feature in Fitatu® Premium and Fitatu® Premium+AI that lets you export all meals, macro and calorie breakdowns, and other data, and then download it to your device or share it via another app (e.g. Gmail, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS).

You can export data for 30 days within any period, including future days with planned meals. The most detailed data is available in XLS format. You can also choose PDF, Text, or CSV.

The purpose of this feature is to let you create backups of your data or use it further - e.g. when consulting a dietitian or doctor, or for personal progress analysis.
