How do I delete my account in the Fitatu® app?

To delete your account, log in to the account you want to remove. Then go to “More” in the bottom menu, “Settings” > “Account details” > “Account deletion.” At the bottom of this page, you’ll find the “Delete account” option.

Important! Deleting your account is irreversible!

It means all your data will be erased from the app, including:

• personal information,
• diary history,
• workout history,
• other personal settings.

Deleting your account does NOT cancel your paid subscription. Subscriptions can only be canceled in Google Play, the App Store, or - if purchased via www.fitatu.com - in your Fitatu® web account settings.

After deletion, you won’t be able to log in again with the same details. 

You also won’t be able to recover your password or access - password recovery works only for existing accounts.

Please don’t rush this decision - every day, many users ask us to recover accounts they deleted too quickly.
