How do I clear the app cache?

On iOS: to clear the cache, uninstall the app (press and hold the app icon until an X appears in the corner) and reinstall it from the App Store.


On Android: go to your phone’s “Settings,” then “Apps” > “App Manager.” Select Fitatu®, then “Storage.” There you’ll find the option “Clear cache.”

Steps may vary slightly depending on your Android version.


No matter your system, if you’re using a registered account, make sure you remember your login details before taking action. Learn how to reset your password here.


If you’re using Fitatu® as a guest, be sure to create an account first. Otherwise, you’ll lose your data.
