1. Can I use the promotion if I already have an active subscription?
Of course! If you have an active subscription, you can take advantage of the promotion or switch your plan. All changes must be made through the same platform you used for your original purchase — Google Play, the App Store, or our website.
2. I have an active subscription through Google Play/App Store. How do I use the new promotion?
It’s very simple! Log in to your Fitatu account on the device linked to your Google Play/App Store account. In the Fitatu app, go to “More” (bottom right corner), select “Fitatu Premium+AI and Premium”, then go to “Pricing” and choose the plan you want. You’ll be redirected to the store to complete the payment according to the instructions.
3. Can I change my subscription plan in Google Play?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan in Google Play according to the platform’s rules. The fee for the new plan will be charged immediately, and any unused amount from your current subscription will be adjusted. This means you won’t incur extra costs, and the new plan will activate right away.
4. I have a Premium subscription in the App Store. Can I upgrade to Premium+AI?
Yes, when upgrading to Premium+AI, the fee will be charged immediately, and the store will refund you for any unused days from your previous subscription.
5. Can I switch back to Premium if I currently have a Premium+AI subscription in the App Store?
Yes. If you switch to a cheaper plan, your current Premium+AI subscription will stay active until the end of the paid period. Once it expires, the new, lower-priced plan will start.
6. I purchased my subscription through the website. Can I now buy a second plan and switch to Premium+AI?
Yes, even if you have an active subscription, you can still take advantage of the promotion. On our website (https://www.fitatu.com/app/order-and-payment), select the plan you want. The system will recalculate the value of your current subscription, and you’ll be able to use your new plan immediately.
7. Do you offer a couple’s subscription?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a subscription for couples. This idea is on our development list, and it may become available in the future.
8. Can I buy a gift card?
At the moment, gift cards are not available. We are considering this option, and it may be introduced in the future.
9. I have an active subscription in the App Store, but I’ve switched to an Android phone (or vice versa). Can I purchase a new subscription?
Yes, you can buy a new subscription. However, subscriptions from different platforms (e.g., App Store and Google Play) do not merge. In this case, it’s best to cancel the previous subscription to avoid double charges.
10. I have a Fitatu Premium+AI subscription. Does this plan include access to meal estimation from photos?
Yes, users with a Fitatu Premium + AI subscription automatically have access to AI photo-based meal estimation at no additional cost.
