  • Spelt flour4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Erythritol2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Whey protein0.5× portion (15 g)
  • Cinnamon, ground1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Vanilla extract0.5× teaspoon (2.5 g)
  • Baking powder0.5× teaspoon (2 g)
  • Bicarbonate of soda0.5× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Quick Protein Cinnamon Rolls Bread

  1. 1. Mix half of the erythritol with cinnamon and set aside. Grind the rest of the erythritol into powder.

  2. 2. In a bowl, crack the egg, add flour, protein, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, cottage cheese, and blend everything together.

  3. 3. Transfer the mixture into a small heatproof dish - using spoons, form dollops and place them next to each other.

  4. 4. After the first layer is placed, sprinkle with the cinnamon and erythritol mixture.

  5. 5. Add the second layer of dollops and sprinkle again with the cinnamon-erythritol mixture.

  6. 6. Place the dough in the air fryer and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes (you can also bake it in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes).

  7. 7. After baking, dust with powdered erythritol.
