How to make Protein Waffles with Pistachio Cream and Berries

  1. 1. Blend the cottage cheese, whey protein, eggs, both flours, milk, baking powder, and salt into a smooth batter.

  2. 2. Heat the raspberries and honey in a pan until they break down and form a sauce.

  3. 3. Preheat the waffle iron, then cook the waffles from the prepared batter.

  4. 4. Spread Skyr on the waffles, drizzle with raspberry sauce, and add pistachio cream.

  5. 5. Finally, garnish with chopped pistachios.
