How to make Overnight Oatmeal with Cinnamon Apple Sauce

  1. 1. Mix the oats and plant-based drink, then pour the mixture into a jar. Place it in the fridge overnight so the ingredients combine and the oatmeal thickens.

  2. 2. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the core. Then, chop the apples into small cubes.

  3. 3. Melt butter in a pan, then add the apple. Season with cinnamon and honey, and stir occasionally until the apples soften and the liquid evaporates.

  4. 4. In the morning, take it out of the fridge and top the oatmeal with the apple sauce.
