How to make Mango, Tuna and Avocado Salad

  1. 1. Dice the avocado, tomato and mango (peel the mango first).

  2. 2. In a small bowl or glass, mix the dressing ingredients – oil, vinegar and mustard.

  3. 3. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan.

  4. 4. Arrange the spinach in a bowl or on a flat plate and top with tuna, avocado, tomato and mango.

  5. 5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and drizzle with the dressing.
