How to make Air Fryer "Schabowy" with Cucumber Salad

  1. 1. Flatten the chicken breast fillet thinly. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. In one plate, beat the egg, and in another plate, place the breadcrumbs.

  3. 3. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil using a brush (or spray it, if you have an oil dispenser). Transfer to the air fryer or oven and cook for about 20 minutes at 180°C.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the cucumber salad. Slice the cucumber into thin rings. Place in a bowl, lightly salt, and set aside for 10-15 minutes. After this time, drain the water that the cucumbers released.

  5. 5. Add the yogurt to the cucumber bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, erythritol, lemon juice, and chopped dill.

  6. 6. Serve the "schabowy" with the cucumber salad.
