  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Semi-skimmed milk1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Ground Cinnamon3× pinch (3 g)

How to make Apple Rings with Cinnamon

  1. 1. Peel the apples, slice them into rings about 0.5 cm thick, and cut out the cores (you can use a small glass or corer for this).

  2. 2. In a plate or bowl, mix the egg, flour, whey protein, and half of the cinnamon.

  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.

  4. 4. Dip each apple ring in the batter, then place them in the hot oil and fry on both sides. Once done, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate to cool slightly.

  5. 5. Prepare two flat plates. Pour milk on one and mix erythritol with the remaining cinnamon on the other.

  6. 6. Gently dip the fried apple rings in the milk on both sides, then in the erythritol-cinnamon mixture.
