  • Oregano, dried, ground1× tablespoon (6 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Gyros seasoning2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Keto Calzone with Spinach

  1. 1. In a bowl, place the ground chicken breast, gyros seasoning, oregano, egg, half the garlic (crushed), and half the mozzarella cheese (grated). Mix well and divide into two parts.

  2. 2. Blend the canned tomatoes with salt.

  3. 3. Sauté the spinach in olive oil in a pan with the remaining garlic (chopped or crushed).

  4. 4. Place parchment paper on the kitchen counter. From one part of the mixture, form a thin, round dough and spread the tomato sauce on it.

  5. 5. Then, place the sautéed spinach and the remaining mozzarella cheese in the center.

  6. 6. Take the second part of the meat mixture and cover the filling with it. Seal the edges tightly.

  7. 7. Cut around the dough, leaving a margin of about 1.5 cm – this will help you lift the dough gently and transfer it to the air fryer.

  8. 8. Bake the calzone in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 180°C or in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
