How to make Vegetable Salad with Broccoli

  1. 1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and steam them until soft. Boil the eggs until hard.

  2. 2. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until they are golden, then let them cool.

  3. 3. Dice the cucumber, boiled eggs, onion, and mozzarella into small cubes (about 0.5-1 cm).

  4. 4. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  5. 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
