How to make Cherry and Blueberry Tart-like Cake

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, flour, and honey together.

  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and shape it into a round shape with a height of about 1-1.5 cm.

  3. 3. Wash the fruits and dry them with paper towels. Remove the pits from the cherries.

  4. 4. Mix the fruits with potato starch and then place them on top of the cake base.

  5. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
