How to make Vegan Apple Fritters

  1. 1. Sift the flours into a bowl, then add sugar, yeast, cinnamon, salt, and mix well.

  2. 2. Slightly warm the plant-based drink, then add it to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for about 10 minutes to allow the dough to rise.

  3. 3. In the meantime, peel and core the apples, then chop them into small cubes or slices. Add the apples to the risen dough and gently mix.

  4. 4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fritters, spooning 2-3 tablespoons of the batter for each fritter. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
