How to make Dessert a'la Dubai Chocolate

  1. 1. Blend skyr, vanilla extract, and erythritol until smooth.

  2. 2. Mix kataifi dough thoroughly with pistachio cream.

  3. 3. Melt the chocolate and milk together in a water bath, stirring until they combine. Chop the pistachios.

  4. 4. In a glass, layer the kataifi dough with pistachio cream at the bottom, followed by skyr.

  5. 5. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
