How to make Baked Tortilla with Cottage Cheese, Spinach, and Cherry Tomatoes

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cottage cheese, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3. Place the tortilla in a round ovenproof dish, forming a "bowl" shape with the edges folded upwards.

  4. 4. Pour the egg and cottage cheese mixture onto the tortilla, then arrange halved cherry tomatoes and spinach on top.

  5. 5. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
