  • Raspberries0.5× cup (65 g)
  • Blueberries, raw1× handful (50 g)
  • Sugar-free strawberry gelatin powder1× package (14 g)

How to make Strawberry Jelly with Fruits

  1. 1. Wash and dry all the fruits. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into cubes the size of the raspberries and blueberries.

  2. 2. Arrange the fruits in the dishes where the jelly will be served (such as small bowls or parfait glasses).

  3. 3. Boil the water, then add the jelly powder. Stir well until the powder dissolves, but do not let the mixture boil.

  4. 4. Pour the dissolved jelly over the fruits and place in the fridge for about 1.5 hours to set.
