  • Skyr, Icelandic yoghurt100 g

How to make Fruit Salad with Skyr and Nuts

  1. 1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly, dry them, peel the banana, kiwi, and orange, and remove the seeds if necessary (apple, pear).

  2. 2. Cut all the fruits, except the blueberries and raspberries, into cubes of similar size. Add the chopped fruits to a bowl.

  3. 3. Blend the skyr with honey and peanut butter to make a smooth dressing.

  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the fruits and mix well.

  5. 5. Finally, sprinkle with cashew nuts.
