How to make Pinsa with Spinach, Mortadella, Pistachios, and Burrata

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 230°C.

  2. 2. Prepare the tomato sauce by blending the tomatoes with salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Spread the tomato sauce on the pinsa and top it with slices of mozzarella and mortadella.

  4. 4. Place it in the oven for 7 minutes.

  5. 5. After removing from the oven, add fresh spinach on top and place the burrata in the center (you can keep it whole or cut it and spread it across the pinsa).

  6. 6. Sprinkle with pistachios.
