  • Skyr, Icelandic yoghurt8× tablespoon (120 g)

  • Ham, lean3× slice (60 g)
  • Tomato concentrate2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Water1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Baking powder1× teaspoon (4 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground2× pinch (2 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Spicy Skyr Pizza

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. 2. Mix the flour (saving one tablespoon), skyr, salt, and baking powder to form a dough ball. Roll out the dough, dusting with the remaining flour.

  3. 3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4. Mix the tomato paste with water and cayenne pepper, and spread it over the dough.

  5. 5. Slice the mozzarella, red pepper, and ham into strips. Place the ingredients on the dough.

  6. 6. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes. If a bubble forms while baking, pop it.

  7. 7. Before serving, sprinkle with dried oregano.
