How to make Breadless toasts with tuna and salad

  1. 1. Cube the cheese and finely chop the chives.

  2. 2. In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the remaining ingredients, and mix everything together.

  3. 3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper, spoon the mixture into the dish, close it, and bake for a few minutes until the mixture firms up.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. On a plate, arrange the lamb's lettuce, and place halved cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with a dressing made by mixing linseed oil with French mustard.
