How to make Toast with avocado, halloumi, and egg

  1. 1. Boil the egg to a soft-medium consistency (about 5.5 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling).

  2. 2. Scoop the avocado and mash it with a fork, mixing in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.

  3. 3. Slice the halloumi into about 0.5 cm thick pieces and fry on both sides in a dry pan until golden brown.

  4. 4. On the same pan or in a toaster, toast the bread on both sides until crispy.

  5. 5. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast, then top with spinach, halloumi, and sliced egg. Spread a little mayonnaise and garnish with coriander.
