  • Carrot1× piece (50 g)

How to make Breaded chicken with Chinese cabbage salad (air fryer)

  1. 1. Wash the chicken, pat it dry with a paper towel, and remove any unwanted membranes. Cut it into fillets about 1 cm thick. Season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2. Prepare two separate plates for the breading: one with beaten eggs and the other with crushed cornflakes.

  3. 3. Dip the chicken in the egg first, then coat it with the crushed cornflakes.

  4. 4. Place the prepared chicken on a baking tray or air fryer basket lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

  5. 5. In the meantime, prepare the salad. Peel the carrot and apple, then grate them coarsely. Shred the Chinese cabbage finely.

  6. 6. Mix the vegetables in a large bowl, add a pinch of salt and yogurt, and stir well.

  7. 7. Serve the crispy chicken with the salad.
