  • Syrup, maple10× tablespoon (100 ml)
  • Dark Chocolate12× cube (96 g)
  • Coconut oil10× teaspoon (50 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Peanut butter chocolate bars (no bake)

  1. 1. Mix the peanut butter with maple syrup in a bowl. Then add the coconut flour and mix again until all the ingredients are well combined.

  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular dish lined with parchment paper and smooth it out evenly across the surface. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in a double boiler. Pour the melted mixture over the peanut butter base and spread it evenly across the surface. Place it back in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  4. 4. Once the chocolate has set, remove the solidified mixture from the fridge, and then from the dish. Cut it into bars and lightly sprinkle with salt at the end.

  5. 5. Store in the fridge.
