  • Skyr, Icelandic yoghurt5× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Cheese, spreadable, soft white, low fat2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Water10× teaspoon (50 ml)
  • Strawberries0.5× handful (35 g)
  • Sugar-free strawberry gelatin powder1× package (14 g)
  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Dark Chocolate1× cube (8 g)
  • Coconut oil0.5× teaspoon (2.5 g)

How to make Strawberry protein "bird's milk" (ptasie mleczko)

  1. 1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and set it aside to slightly thicken.

  2. 2. Blend the skyr, cottage cheese, erythritol until smooth, then add the gelatin and blend again.

  3. 3. Put the mousse in the fridge for about an hour.

  4. 4. When the mousse has set, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a double boiler.

  5. 5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the dessert, garnish with quartered strawberries, and put it back in the fridge for at least another hour.
