How to make Ham rolls with cottage cheese and carrot

  1. 1. Prepare the cottage cheese spread. Finely dice the radish. Mix the cottage cheese, skyr, radish, dill, salt, and pepper thoroughly.

  2. 2. Peel the carrot and cut it into strips. The number of strips should match the number of ham slices.

  3. 3. Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of ham, then spread it with the cottage cheese mixture and place a carrot strip on top.

  4. 4. Roll up the lettuce and secure with a toothpick to keep it from unrolling.
