  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Wholemeal tortilla wrap1× slice (40 g)
  • Cheese Cheddar2× slice (40 g)
  • Barbecue sauce1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Corn Flakes7× tablespoon (21 g)
  • Semi-skimmed milk1.5× tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Sweet paprika1× tablespoon (6 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Qurrito a'la KFC

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, salt, and sweet paprika.

  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. First, coat them in the prepared mixture, then in crushed cornflakes. Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.

  3. 3. Spread barbecue sauce on half of the tortilla, then place the baked chicken and grated cheese on top. Fold the tortilla in half, then transfer it to a heated pan. Reduce the heat and fry for a few minutes on both sides until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.

  4. 4. Transfer the finished qurrito to a plate and cut it into 4 smaller pieces.
