How to make Bagel pizza with pear salad

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. 2. Prepare the sauce. Mix the tomato paste with erythritol, herbs, salt, pepper, and water.

  3. 3. Cut the bagel in half and brush with olive oil. Place in the oven for a minute, then flip to the other side for another minute. Remove from the oven.

  4. 4. Once cooled, spread the sauce on the bagel and top with halved cherry tomatoes and cheese.

  5. 5. Put the bagel back in the oven and bake for about 3 minutes.

  6. 6. Decorate the baked bagels with basil after they cool down.

  7. 7. Prepare the salad. Chop the olives and dice the pear.

  8. 8. Place arugula in a bowl, top with olives and pear. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
