How to make Georgian aubergine-pecan spread

  1. 1. Halve the aubergine, score them on the flesh side, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and bake for about 30 min on 160 C (fan assisted). Scoop out the flesh and bled it in a blender together with the remaining ingredients.
