How to make Turkey sandwich (ek.kora.food)

  1. 1. Take a small knife and make small slits along the turkey breast. Season and add spices you like: a bit of cayenne pepper or curry.

  2. 2. Heat a heavy-duty skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil.

  3. 3. Place the turkey breasts into the hot skillet. Sear until brown, then let them rest for 10 mins.

  4. 4. In the meantime, toast the bread.

  5. 5. Lightly sprinkle torn parsley with the juice of a lemon.

  6. 6. Brush a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of the bread. Repeat the same, using mustard on another piece of bread.

  7. 7. Place sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, then season.

  8. 8. Add rocket salad and then place the turkey breast on top.

  9. 9. Brush a thin layer of ketchup on top side of the breast

  10. 10. Sprinkle parsley on top of the breast.

  11. 11. Place sliced egg and cover with the bread.

  12. 12. Wrap the sandwich in foil and let it rest for at least 30 mins.
