How to make Salad with raw broccoli and cauliflower

  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and broccoli florets and then use a food processor to chop them into fine pieces.

  2. 2. Drain the red beans from the liquid and rinse with water.

  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower, broccoli, beans, and raisins. Add skyr and spices and mix well.

  4. 4. Sprinkle the salad portion with fresh basil.
