  • Graham roll1× piece (80 g)
  • Yogurt, low fat, plain2× teaspoon (24 g)
  • Breadcrumbs, homemade2× tablespoon (16 g)
  • Lettuce2× leaf (10 g)
  • Mayonnaise1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Garlic powder2× pinch (4 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Mustard, smooth0.25× teaspoon (2.5 g)
  • Sweet paprika2× pinch (2 g)
  • Onion powder2× pinch (2 g)

How to make McChicken-Style Sandwich

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. 2. Mix the meat with half of the seasonings and form it into a burger patty. Place it on a board and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  3. 3. On a plate, mix the remaining seasonings with breadcrumbs. Take the chilled burger patty and coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture on all sides.

  4. 4. Place the breaded burger on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-18 minutes (you can flip it halfway through). At the same time, lightly toast the halved bun in the oven for about 3 minutes until it's slightly crispy.

  5. 5. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard.

  6. 6. Spread the sauce on both halves of the bun. On the bottom half, place the baked meat, followed by chopped lettuce, and cover with the other half of the bun.
