How to make Keto spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino

  1. 1. Rinse the konjac noodles under running water, drain them and set aside.

  2. 2. Pour olive oil into a pan along with the sliced chili pepper, garlic slices, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix them up and season with salt.

  3. 3. Simmer the ingredients for about 7 minutes, but be careful not to fry them - the garlic should remain white.

  4. 4. Add the prepared noodles to the pan and mix with the other ingredients. Finish off by sprinkling with black pepper.
