How to make Baked Tomatoes with Feta

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut in half.

  3. 3. In an ovenproof dish, lay out the halved tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4. Sprinkle the tomatoes with diced feta cheese.

  5. 5. Bake everything for about 30 minutes until the feta is slightly browned.

  6. 6. Serve the tomatoes on arugula, drizzle with the oil left after baking, and splash with balsamic vinegar.
