How to make Salad with Parma Ham, Blackberries, Fried Egg, and Hollandaise Sauce

  1. 1. Prepare the Hollandaise sauce. Whip the egg yolks with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. While still whipping, gradually add melted, hot butter. The sauce should be thick and smooth, with the consistency of mayo.
