How to make Pasta with baked feta, salmon, and veggies

  1. 1. Wash the salmon, pat it dry with paper towels, and cut off the skin. Then, dice it up.

  2. 2. In an oven-proof dish, place the feta, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and salmon. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with pepper and fenugreek. Pop it into a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

  4. 4. After the time's up, take out the feta and veggies from the oven and mash all the ingredients with a fork, then give it a good mix.

  5. 5. Toss the pasta into the dish and stir everything until well combined.

  6. 6. Dish it up onto a plate and garnish with basil leaves.
