  • Parsley, fresh3× tablespoon (18 g)
  • Garlic3× clove (15 g)
  • Basil, fresh1× leaf (3 g)

How to make Keto courgette bake

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180 C.

  2. 2. Combine the cream, eggs, parmesan, chopped garlic, dried basil, nutmeg and black pepper in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. 3. Add the courgette, cut into half moons, and half of the cheddar cheese to a casserole dish lined with grease. Add the previously prepared mixture on top.

  4. 4. Place thick pieces of butter on top.

  5. 5. Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes, then remove and add the rest of the grated cheese on top of the casserole dish, then return it to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
